Annual Membership must be renewed on 1 April each year.  

However, if you join as a new member after 30 June, your membership is extended through to 31 March of the following membership year (ie. your first year will span between 12-21 months).  

All new members will receive a welcome pack which includes our advance care planning guide. You will also receive regular email updates and our twice yearly newsletter.
