All our members receive a membership card (with space for emergency contact etc); our newsletter (three per annum) via email notification or a printed, posted copy (in accordance with their preference); and free printed guidelines and forms to assist with advance care planning and facilitate protection of their end-of-life rights.
Annual membership applies for twelve months to 31 March the following year. If you join after 30 June, your annual payment covers the period until 31 March in the year after the next one.
