This membership category is for two individuals (living at the same address) who want to pay their membership of Dying with Dignity NSW annually and are not both recipients of a Centrelink pension or are not both full-time students.
All our members receive a membership card (with space for emergency contact etc); our newsletter (three per annum) via email notification or a printed, posted copy (in accordance with their preference)
All new members automatically receive free printed guidelines and forms to assist with advance care planning and facilitate protection of their end-of-life rights.
