Advance Care Planning Webinar

Although by the end of 2023 people living in NSW will be able access the new Voluntary Assisted Dying (VAD) law, for most people Advance Care Planning will still be the most effective way to ensure that your loved ones and health providers know what matters most to you and respect your treatment preferences.

Our guest speakers for this event are Professor Colleen Cartwright and Nurse Anne Mellor.

The Zoom webinar will be held on Thursday 2 March at 5-6pm.

Please RSVP below and we will send you the Zoom link to join the event.
