Life Membership is a one-off payment of $500. No further payments are required.

All new members will receive a welcome pack which includes our advance care planning guide. You will also receive regular updates and our newsletter which we publish twice a year.  

Online payments are processed securely - you can pay by credit card or PayPal account if you have one.
