It's important that the media and other commentary about voluntary assisted dying is accurate, ethical and respectful and that misinformation is not perpetuated. 

Voluntary assisted dying can now be legally accessed by residents of all Australian states and New Zealand, and an increasing number of jurisdictions around the world.

Dying with Dignity NSW and its related groups across Australia and New Zealand have collaborated on a media toolkit (pictured) to provide media professionals and commentators with practical advice and factual information to assist with their reporting on this compassionate end-of-life choice.
